3 EASY STEPS

Booking
Once you’ve enquired and you’re happy with the quote, we’ll take a £100 / €100 deposit to lock in your date. We also cap ourselves at just 3 bookings per day, so every single show gets the time, care and attention to detail you absolutely deserve.

Planning
About a month before the big day, we’ll drop you a message with a few quick questions (venue contact, timings, any song preferences, etc.). After that? You can relax, we’ve got it. We’ll liaise directly with your venue to confirm our arrival times, sound set up and exactly when the surprise will happen, so everything runs smoothly on the day.

On the day
We’ll arrive nice and early to set up our sound equipment and run a full sound check, so everything goes off without a hitch. Then we’ll slip into character as venue staff, blend in with your guests until BANG… that's when we get your party started!

HOW THE SURPRISE WORKS
Picture the scene: the meal is coming to an end, the DJ is setting up, the party vibes are in the air. All of a sudden, one of your waiters trips and falls, creating a fuss before swiftly bursting into a rendition of That's Amore and taking everyone by surprise! Before you know it, your guests are on their seats and waving their napkins in the air, singing along with the best kept surprise of the night!
We know that every event is different and we work with you to create a bespoke plan to fool your guests. Your singing waiters arrive before your guests to get all set up. We'll then blend in with your waiting staff, serving drinks and meals before the big reveal when we'll burst into song take everyone by surprise. They won't see us coming!
OUR SINGER WAITER PACKAGES
ONE SINGING WAITER
Our most budget-friendly Singing Waiter package proves that one performer can still bring huge party energy. Disguised as venue staff, your Singing Waiter makes a surprise entrance before launching into an upbeat 8-song party set, complete with napkins in the air, a conga line, singalongs, dancing, and brilliant guest interaction.
The main difference between the packages is the amount of guests you have and how much we can get around them to entertain. We recommend one Singing Waiter for weddings of up to 100 guests, allowing them to work the room, visit every table, and create unforgettable one-to-one moments your guests will be talking about long after the day is over.
TWO SINGING WAITERS
Want to take it up a notch? Our Two Singing Waiters package delivers a double, unexpected surprise and is one of the best value duo-waiter options available. You’ll get everything from the one-waiter show, plus an extra song, powerful harmonies, and double the banter, energy, and surprise.
We recommend two Singing Waiters for weddings with 100+ guests, allowing them to split the room, reach more tables, and make sure everyone feels part of the fun.
FANCY SOMETHING EXTRA?
Our optional Party Set is the perfect way to keep the celebrations going after the reveal. This 45-minute burst of high-energy Wedding Bangers is designed to pack your dance floor and lift the atmosphere instantly. It works brilliantly if you’re not having a live band and can seamlessly hand over to your DJ to continue the night. Once the venue has turned the room around for the evening, our singing waiters reappear glammed up and ready to party alongside your guests. The Party Set can be performed by one or two waiters, depending on the package you’ve chosen.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Travel
We don’t have any hidden travel fees on top of your quote as it includes our Singing Waiter/s travel to and from your venue. Our prices are structured into counties and we have dedicated singers based across Ireland and Northern Ireland to facilitate as many venues as possible.
A performance that stands out
We are not your average singing waiters and it shows in every performance. Unlike standard singing waiter companies, we custom edit all of our tracks, creating a fast-paced, high-energy routine that has been refined and perfected over the last four years. After a 3, 4 or 5-course meal, the last thing your guests want is six full-length songs that begin to drag and leave the dance floor empty. Instead, we deliver a seamless, continuous performance with no pauses, no downtime and no chance to lose momentum. By editing songs together, we can pack 8–9 iconic feel-good hits into one electrifying set. The result? A carefully crafted build-up from surprise singing waiters to a packed dance floor, with guests dancing, singing and celebrating at the top of their voices.
Sound equipment
We bring our own sound equipment and set up well before your guests enter the room, usually in the morning or early afternoon. We will often operate the sound equipment ourselves and carry out our own sound checks before the surprise to ensure a seamless performance.
Venue Co-Ordination
We know how much organisation goes into wedding planning and we don’t want you to do more admin than you have to, so we’ll get in touch with your venue a week or so before your wedding to organise our arrival and set up times etc, so you don’t have to be the middle-man! We also know that most wedding venues appreciate this contact from us so they are in the loop and can directly let us know any necessary or important information.

Our singing waiters are all professional singers and they live for it! Some have worked in the West End, whilst others have performed and toured internationally. They have one job, to get your party started and that’s exactly what they do!
Fully Insured
All of our performers and equipment are fully insured and our equipment is PAT tested, ensuring you have the highest standards met on your special day without any worry.
Exclusivity
We are a small but mighty business. We’re a family-run company, run from our kitchen table and we limit ourselves to just three bookings per day so our standards are maintained and kept. Afterall, your wedding deserves only the best!

After performing at well over 700 events in the last five years, we have a solid understanding of what gets your guests going! That being said, we'll always ask if there's anything in particular that you want or indeed, do not want (There are some Neil Diamond haters out there!!) and we'll work with you to find the perfect alternatives (oh, that's also at no extra cost!)
